Warranty & Replacement Policy

Gentleman’s Brand® warrants our products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of delivery. If within the 1-year time period you find that your pen or charger has developed manufacturing-related issues, we will send you a free replacement (excluding shipping and handling charges). Depending on the circumstances, we may request that you return the defective item to us (at our expense).

Our warranty covers the following products:

  • Pens (Double Agent, Viceroy, Espionage)
  • Chargers and power cords

Cartridges are guaranteed to work upon arrival. If you find that your cartridge is dead upon arrival or has ceased to operate within 14 days of arrival, we will send you a replacement free of charge (shipping and handling charges will not be applied).

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Customers are limited to two warranty claims within a 1-year period.

Warranty & Replacement Instructions

  1. Open a ticket with support here
  2. Select “Warranty Claim” in the dropdown menu
  3. Include your Order # and full name in your ticket
  4. Submit the support ticket and a customer service representative will contact you within 48 hours
  5. Upon verifying that your warranty claim is valid, our service representative will supply you with an RMA number and a pre-paid shipping label
    • Note: We are not responsible for returns lost en route back to us. Please choose a shipping carrier that will provide you with tracking information to make sure the delivery arrives successfully.
  6. Ship the product back to us using the shipping label we gave you (we must receive the item within 30 days of assigning you an RMA number)
  7. We will charge a $10 shipping and handling fee on the credit card we have on file for you (unless you provide us with alternate payment instructions in your original support ticket)
  8. We will ship out your replacement product and send you a new tracking number via email

Return & Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your Gentleman’s Brand product, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, except in cases where hardware was dead on arrival. Refund will be for purchase price, less applicable restocking fees, via the original method of payment. You will receive the credit on your credit card within 10 business days of us receiving your return. 

Hardware received after the 30-day mark may receive store credit only, at the discretion of Gentleman’s Brand.

Gentleman’s Brand reserves the right to refuse a return if any of the following conditions are met:

  • Returned product is missing parts or components
  • Returned product is damaged
  • Return is not requested in a timely manner (return process must be initiated within 30 days of delivery, and products must be returned to us within 30 days of being issued an RMA) 

Cartridges are only eligible for returns if they are unused and in their original packaging.
